He will appear before the Manzini Magistrate’s Court.
Meanwhile, Tshaneni police on Sunday arrested and charged a 29-year-old man of Lomahasha for being found in possession of 5.5kg of dagga with a street value of E3 318 without a permit while at Mananga.
He will appear before the Simunye magistrate court.
At the end of last week, seven people were arrested countrywide.

Act
Amongst these were two South Africans, one of whom was found to have contravened the Immigration Act.
In the past year, Police Commissioner Isaac Magagula expressed concern about the ever growing number of people who were arrested for being found in the illegal possession of the drug.
He said they were concerned more especially about the Hhohho region, which had become a hub for growing dagga.
At the beginning of the year, Manzini police destroyed dagga worth over E1 million.
