with respect, her conduct and that of some members including some mods being naive enough to believe "everyone" can be trusted as we all close friends on a weed website will be this sites downfall. LR made it clear many times that this place was meant to be a community about weed and not a hook up place to meet new buddies and exchange cuttings/seeds etc. it seems that the community here became an entity to its own disregarding those rules and that of its admin/owner.

if the site it taken down, for what its worth, thank you to the admin and community, my brief stay here brought back great memories of my years in SA

Guys spoken to a few people. seems like a lot of double posting on another forum from users, from here on weed.co.za, 4 users want their profiles deleted. We actually all safe. Please guys lets not be paranoid dicks about this, if you think you have alot on the line, trust me it is not. Its about us standing together, showing loyalty and trust. True words Low, these things happen. It is very unfortunate that it happened to one of our own, it also makes it a lot more terrifying that it happened to one of our own but this in no reason to jump the gun with some knee jerk reaction. We all have things we care about and things we want to protect but like Low said, we need to stand together in this. This is not the first bit of SAPS related news to hit so close to home, there have been others before and yet weed.co.za still stands and this time is no different.

On this whole event, I for one offer my sympathies and just pray that they both are in good spirits and making it through this tough time, it is quite and ordeal and I hope they both have the strength they need. As for M, if we ever see her again, I for one will be waiting to offer my help in whatever way i can, even if it is just moral. We are all striving for a common goal, unity is how we'll reach it.

Hey, I got my ass busted solidly and went to chookie for my shenannigans on here. I eventually got off with a R800 fine.. The piggies always get majorly amped when they make a bust, using words like "drug lab" "Syringes" and all sorts of scary shit.
Once its out of the arresting officers excited and heavy hands, it gets passed to a magistrate who was not present for the investigation/bust and does not share the piggies passion. It will then turn out that the "Drug Lab" Was actually a green house and the "syringes" were tinctures for the sick. The magistrate will not be so excited and hand down a fine/probabtion. First time, non violent female offenders aint gonna mung don't worry.

When I got bust it was a huge deal to the pigs involved, 30 indoor plants, equipment, bud etc. They were convinced I was going away for a long time for drug manufacture and distribution.

When I stood in front of the magistrate she was like "You have been found guilty of growing dagga plants and having dagga in your posession, R800 fine and please don't waste the courts time again sir"

Chill out okes.

If I can give some advice on being busted, and trust me I have been there before, make sure your setup is modest, you can have 30+ plants, but make sure its just lights, pots, fans and some nutes. Don't go crazy making it too high tech keep it simple. A 'Sprinkler" or complex irrigation systems/cctv/too much environmental controll can mean the difference between 30 years and a fine.. Or some Dagga plants and a drug lab linked to international cartels..

Some may say I'm an outspoken tool, but I know the risks of this, but I refuse to live like a coward for what I believe in.

Weed.co.za is safe for now, and watching everything that is happening and being discussed, cause sadly I take responsibility for this site, a passion, a hunger and a dangerous one at that. If the story on reason why she was busted, its sad about the human race, and sometimes people with the biggest voice are actually the smallest people. I am sure everything will sort itself out. The police can make one persons life hell, they can turn it upside down, but if they, the growers, are true to cannabis, it wont stop them, one time, or the 2nd time. We are a community , and I hope when M is back we can get the full story, support her getting her up and running again. But most of all dont panic, freak out, and always be on your guard in this hard work we are doing.
